参加規約 Rules of Competition
・コンクール開催にあたり、全てのメディアは弊社に帰属してください。
・予選動画提出にあたり、著作権を伴う曲目は各自申請してください。
・予選動画はYouTubeにアップロードされたURLをお送りください。但しプライバシー設定を限定公開に設定してください。 (“Please set it to unlisted on YouTube.”)
・演奏時間は少しオーバーしても問題ありませんが、定められた時間まで審査いたします。
・予選動画は1年以内に録画されたものを提出してください。
・エントリーはformrun systemより申請してください。
・エントリー後、再エントリーはできません。
・エントリーに不備があった場合、審査することができません。規約をよくお読みになり、エントリーしてください。
・本選出場者のタイムテーブルは、7月末～ 8月上旬にスケジュールをお知らせします。
・本選会は8月24日(日) 午前11:00 - 20:00 を予定しています。出場時間を指定することはできません。
・審査員の講評は、本選のみとなります。
・講評の受け取りは、約1ヶ月から2ヶ月かかります。ご了承ください。
・海外からのエントリー者：ビザ申請を要する国は自己責任で行ってください。
ビザの招待状を必要とするものは、必ず事務局へお申し出ください。
日本滞在中、弊社の許可なく営業目的のコンサート等(金銭の授受を伴う)の出演は固く禁じます。営業目的のコンサートに出演が発覚した際、賞は剥奪となります。
・通訳を必要とする場合、手配は可能です。その際の手数料は自己負担となります。
・申し込み後の返金(参加者の都合による欠席、ビザ取得等の問題よる)は出来ません。
・主催者は不可抗力(天災、戦争、内乱、パンデミック等)が発生した際は、本選会を中止することができます。
コンクールの結果について
コンクールのルールを全て守り、賞金授与に値する上位入賞者へ授与いたします。
賞金は結果発表から2ヶ月後に電信にて振込いたします。
結果に対する疑問、異議には一切お答え致しません。
審査結果や審査員、賞金に対する異議は、弊社への名誉毀損となります。
SNS等に事実と異なる投稿をした際、しかるべき措置を取り、賞を剥奪します。
規約の変更について
やむをえず審査員が変更となる場合がございます。ご了承ください。
世界情勢により規約変更を余儀なくされた場合、弊社規約変更の権利を持ちます。
規約変更の際は、すぐにホームページにてお知らせ致します。
経費について
コンクールへ参加する全諸経費は自己負担となります。
ホテル・飛行機の予約について
原則的に自分自身で手配してください。弊社に代行を希望するものは、別途手数料が発生いたします。
保険について
コンクール開催期間中に発生した病気、怪我、その他の過失(備品の破損等)は、弊社は一切補償致しません。必要な場合、各自の責任において保険等へ加入してください。

参加規約：
・マスタークラス受講希望者は、7月21日(月)までに formrun system よりお申し込みください。
・50分レッスン中で、希望曲を1～2曲レッスンいたします。
・声の状態を把握するため、10分以内のYoutube動画(限定公開)をお送りください。
・レッスン時間は申し込み順に調整いたします。ご了承ください。
・２レッスン希望者は、同じ講師のレッスンを2回取るのではなく、別の講師のレッスンを取ってください。
・受講者は最大３レッスンまで受講することが可能です。
・申し込み者が多数の場合は、講師のスケジュールにより、希望の講師を受講できない場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。
・万が一、講師が病気のためマスタークラスにて指導できない場合、代行講師が指導いたします。あらかじめご了承ください。
・主催者は、不可抗力（天災地変・戦争・内乱）のため実施不可能な場合、中止することができます。
注意事項
・申し込み後の受講料金の返金 (個人的都合による欠席等…)は出来ません。

This competition is held as part of a global vocal education initiative, aiming to foster the acquisition of international-level vocal skills.

Competition Rules:
•All submitted media becomes property of the organizer.
•Copyright permissions for pieces used must be handled by the applicant.
•Submit the video URL via YouTube (set to “unlisted”).
•Slight overtimes are permitted but judging will prioritize those within time limits.
•Videos must be recorded within the past year.
•Apply via the formrun system.
•Re-application is not allowed.
•Incomplete applications will be disqualified.
•Final Round schedule will be announced between late July and early August.
•Final Round is scheduled between 11:00–20:00 on August 24; time slots cannot be chosen.
•Judges’ feedback is available for Final Round participants only and may take 1–2 months.
•Participants from countries requiring a visa must apply independently and at their own responsibility. Invitation letters available upon request.
•Paid performances in Japan without prior approval from the organizer are strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
•Interpretation services and accompanists can be arranged upon request at the participant’s expense.
•No refunds will be provided after application submission, including in cases of absence or visa denial.
•In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, war, pandemic, etc.), the final round may be canceled.

•Only top performers who meet the rules and standards will receive monetary prizes.
•Prizes will be transferred via wire two months after the announcement.
•No objections or complaints will be accepted regarding the results.
•False or defamatory social media posts will result in disqualification and legal action.

Purpose:
To provide world-class vocal instruction aimed at preparing singers for success in international vocal competitions.

Open to all nationalities
Age: 18 and above
Applicants must have previous experience receiving vocal instruction

Participation Guidelines:
•Apply via the formrun system by July 21 (Mon), 2025
•Each 50-minute lesson will cover 1–2 pieces of your choice
•Please submit a YouTube video (unlisted) of up to 10 minutes for voice assessment
•Lesson times will be scheduled in order of application
•Participants requesting 2 lessons must choose different instructors for each
•A maximum of 3 lessons per participant is allowed
•If the number of applicants exceeds capacity, we may not be able to accommodate instructor preferences
•In case of instructor illness, a substitute instructor will be assigned
•The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event in case of force majeure (natural disaster, war, etc.)

•No refunds will be issued for any reason after payment (including personal cancellations)
•All media rights related to the master class belong to the organizer
•Recording by the organizer may take place during lessons
•If participants wish to record or film lessons, they must obtain prior permission from the instructor. Unauthorized recording is strictly prohibited
•All travel, accommodation, and related expenses are the participant’s responsibility
